* They should pay attention to little and frequent consumption of the meals
* They should avoid foods with excessive oil, the meals in a day should be divided into 6-7.
* The foods must be consumed slowly and chewed for a long time in the mouth.
* Smoking patients should stop or reduce smoking.
* The clothes should not be tight in the waist and include tight belts.
* Liquids should not be consumed together with the foods.
* It would be beneficial for the reflux patients with a weight problem to reduce weight.
* Avoiding stress will prevent reflux to become worse.
* Intense exercises and fast movements should be avoided after eating.
